The Chinese lunar calendar moves in a rhythmic dance of animals and elements forming cycles that shape personal identities. Among these combinations, the Year of the Fire Horse stands out as one of the most intense and fascinating.
You may already know much symbolism behind the totem of the Fire Horse for 2026, but I will share what it meant to me. I aimed to embody courage and momentum, striding through the portal of 2025, the year of the Wood Snake (which was all about shedding what no longer serves us).
The presence of the Fire Horse does not arrive quietly,
It arrives with power, transformation and truth.
This year is about boldness, freedom and change.
Choosing purpose over permission, freedom over fear.
It’s about burning down what no longer fits us,
So something more aligned to our calling can fill our hearts.
It was created in acrylics on 70cm x 50cm canvas, comes ready to hang.
