The Morrígan is a symbol of feminine strength, wisdom, and power. Being a shapeshifter she can often appear as a crow or raven. She represents a majestic and ethereal being that resides at the core of Irish mythology

This compelling lady took a long time to create, she was sat unfinished for a good year till I found my ability to make headway with her, as my most fascinating works often do!
She had to own her own power, yet have compassion for others.

She is created on 16″x 20″ canvas paper. She could be mounted and framed behind glass or varnished and framed as she is, the choice is yours.
